A nice young man name Mike just cleaned and checked my furnace and hot water tank. He had knowledge on everything he was doing because he was walking me through as he was working. He pointed out things I knew nothing about and I'm a handyman. I had loose screw on furnace my cut off valve didn't work on my brand new tank. The biggie was when he turned the water back on nothing came out of kitchen sink and he said I needed a plumber to rod.. I was upset but we both were com he said he could try a few things first. So he turned into a plumber and got my hot water working in sink. So I was very appreciative of Mike for going the extra mile.
