It's a hassle to say the least when your heat or air goes out at the very time of year that you need them. That's what happened to me. Expedience made it easier with their timely and professional service. After determining that my AC couldn't be repaired, they provided me with reasonable estimates and I subsequently made the choice to replace it. They came out and went right to work and also installed my Google thermometer which is such a convenience. Expedience is alright with me!

I located and called this Company off a Google search. They answered promptly and scheduled me for the next day. The technician James, was prompt and knowledgeable and quickly identified the problem. I required a part they didn't have, they came back the next day (Sunday), with the part and to complete the repair. Everything went smoothly, prices and additional quotes received were reasonable. My 28 year old furnace died out of the blue. I had another company (4 Seasons) try to service it and they let me know it was not repairable. Their bid to replace it felt really high, so I checked in with Expedience. They were able to get me a high-efficiency unit for 2/3 the cost of a regular unit from other folks. We did have to play phone tag a bit but it was over the Thanksgiving Holiday so I can't blame them for that.They showed up on time, both the folks who worked on the install were polite and really nice. They had to add new duct work and turn the furnace from the original, so it took almost 9 hours to install, but it was worth it! My house is warm and cozy now and I'm really glad I worked with them! Highest recommendation!ETA: a brief edit just to add that there was a small problem with the drainage in my basement, and they came out and fixed it with no additional charge several weeks after the installation. Fantastic company, will definitely use again.
